It was confirmed in a recent customer satisfaction survey, that the one area we need to improve on is our turnaround time and capacity for producing quotations and offers for customer projects.
Wanting to continually improve our customer service and performance, InControl have recently recruited Stuart Chisholm who will be responsible for producing timely, accurate and competitive quotations and proposals.
Stuart career includes roles at Fisher Rosemount, Eurotherm Process Automation and more recently Emerson Process Management where he was one of their European Strategic Proposal Managers. He is a trained engineer and has completed his B.Eng (Hons) degree from Sheffield Hallam University in Electronic Systems and Control Engineering, with a wealth of experience within the automation industry, primarily; Integrated Control and Safety Systems (ICSS) and especially within major process industries of steel, oil & gas, petrochemical and pharmaceuticals.
Stuart started with us in November 2020 and is already making an impact to the business. We wish him many happy years of his career with us.
